Who we are
EverLoo LLC (“EverLoo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and coordinates requests for temporary sanitation and site-hygiene services. Independent service providers may perform delivery, servicing, pickup or other fulfillment activities.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit through our booking-request, quote, contact and service-partner forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, service or business address, requested dates, equipment and quantity selections, site or project details, service-area information, capabilities and other information you provide.
Our systems and service providers may also process limited technical and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, submission identifiers, security-verification results and information used to detect spam, abuse, excessive requests or duplicate submissions.
Please do not submit payment-card information, bank information, government identification numbers, insurance policy numbers, medical information or sensitive documents through the public forms. The website does not currently accept file uploads or collect payment.
How we use information
We may use information to review and respond to requests; evaluate requested locations, dates, equipment and service requirements; prepare or coordinate quotes; communicate about potential services or partnerships; identify and communicate with potential independent service providers; deliver transactional emails; maintain business and request records; secure and operate the website; prevent fraud, spam and duplicate submissions; investigate problems; and comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.
How we disclose information
We may disclose request information to independent service providers when reasonably necessary to evaluate availability, obtain pricing, coordinate fulfillment or address a service issue. A provider that performs services may receive relevant customer, location, scheduling and site-access information.
We also use vendors that process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security and Turnstile verification; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Google Workspace for business email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
EverLoo does not sell personal information or use personal information submitted through these forms for targeted advertising.
Cookies and security technologies
Cloudflare and Turnstile may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary to provide the website, distinguish people from automated abuse and protect the forms. We do not currently use advertising pixels on this website.
Retention
EverLoo does not currently store public-form submissions in a customer database. Form details are transmitted by email and may remain in EverLoo’s business email and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, coordinate a request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Short-lived, pseudonymous records may be maintained in Cloudflare KV to limit repeated or duplicate submissions. Retention may be extended when reasonably necessary for a legal hold, dispute, investigation or other legal requirement.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the current website, including server-side validation, access controls, encrypted service credentials, abuse controls and security verification. No internet transmission, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a form and may contact us by email instead. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of certain personal information, or to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request. To make a request, email hello@everloonow.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.
If we decline a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explaining your concern. If applicable law provides a right to complain to a regulator after an appeal, our appeal response will provide the relevant instructions.
Children’s privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, practices or legal obligations change. The Effective Date and Last Updated date above identify the current posted version.
